Someone has even used FORMS2NET tool to convert Oracle forms into .Net?

We want to convert our application developed in 6i into .NET, I found a Company called ATX TECHNOLOGIES, which offers us a tool FORMS2NET that convert forms, reports, libraries into .NET code. Do you know if that company is liable?
