Some pages wil not show after application translation

CJRMay 8 2013 — edited May 10 2013
Hi All,

I did a search in this forum hoping to find some fix to this issue. But I didnt find anything related.

My platform:
Application Express 4.0.2.00.09
Oracle XE 11.2
Windows XP 32bit

I built an application which primary language was formerly English (en-us).
I translated this application according to the roadmap described in Shared Components --> Translate Application.

Application has been translated to spanish (en-ar) according to the following steps:
map, seed, download translatable text file, translate text, apply xliff, publish.

The process succeeded.
I can run the application translated into Spanish. For example, text like 'Logout', 'Login', are displayed in spanish...
Then, I DECIDED TO CHANGE THE APPLICATION PRIMARY LANGUAGE TO BE SPANISH EN-AR (shared components-->Edit globalization Attributes)
After doing the above change, some pages will not show anymore.

If I change the appl. primary language back again to english (en-us), I can run all pages, but text are not shown in translated language anymore.

I would appreciate any ideas.
Note: i'm an oracle DBA, not vary familiar with APEX, just a couple of months trying to get used to APEX.

Thanks in advance.

Forget to mention that the page that will not run, actually is not a page but a flash chart region instead.
