Some APEX performance degradation after upgrade to ORDS 25.1.0.100.1652

After updating to ORDS 25.1.0.100.1652 there is some degradation of performance of the APEX application. According to the APEX logs (elap column) ~ 80-100% compared to the previous version 24.4. There were no changes in the application and in the database itself, only the ORDS update. We returned to ORDS 24.4 and everything is back to normal.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
ORDS is deployed on Tomcat 9.0.87, which frontended (mod_proxy_http) by Apache HTTPD 2.4.62. APEX 22.2.14. Oracle RDBMS 19.16
