After my machine was rebuilt, Internet Explorer doesn't show some of the internal Application Express Icons.
Even checked on https://apex.oracle.com
All the Icons in the "Actions" drop down, Search Columns drop down etc....
Also when I have filters on an Interactive report, you can't tell which ones are checked. The "X" to close them can't be seen although you can hover where it should be and just click.
IE: 11.1537.14393.0
All icons show up fine in Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.
