[SOLVED] Im new to rman. Can someone confirm my strategy?

before today, I've always use cold backup. Time to switch...
I will migrate to 10gR2 this week-end and this (last) point is still pending.
The setup:
10gR2 on Redhat
archivelog mode is on
Using EM, I've setup rman to do the following:
- Retain 1 backup
- Every night a backup in online mode
- With copy and destruction of archives
- Copy will be done on disk
- I will then backup all these files on tape with our backup software (Galaxy)
If I always use this strategy, I think I will be able to recover anytime.
Am I right?
