Solaris x86 64-bit on Xeon

I'm having trouble installting Solaris 10 x86 (the current download) on a server with 2x INTEL Dual-Core Xeon processors (#5120 1.86GHZ). It will instal in 32-bit mode, but not in 64-bit mode. Can anyone help?

This cpu is a 64-bit CPU and the machine has previously had two other 64-bit OS on it.
