Solaris T8 SPARC Putty session hangs or timeout

Dear Legends,

We have a SOLARIS SPARC T8 and we have Oracle EBS DB 12.1.0.2 running on this.

We're facing issue with putty sessions timed out or hangs for a long time or sometime later inactive.

Due to this issue we couldn't run Auto config successfully in EBS Apps Tier.

We did Hardening as per recommended documents and restarted server several times and it was working as expected.

But we don't know what is causing the issue still.

Any help would be much appreciated.
