Solaris NDIS Wrapper Toolkit

I want to make a wusb54gc driver with Solaris NDIS Wrapper Toolkit but I need to install gcc and flex in /usr/sfw/bin. How can I do that? I am using opensolaris 2008.5 which doesn't seem to come with gcc and flex. I have no internet connection yet in solaris.
