solaris 9 x86 installation

i have downloaded
Solaris 9 x86 Installation CD sol-9-u3-install-x86,
Solaris 9 x86 software 1 of 2 CD sol-9-u3-x86-v1 and
Solaris 9 x86 software 2 of 2 CD sol-9-u3-x86-v2.

i have used winzip to unzip the above files. to write into CD i have used roxio easy cd creator version 6.0

i am having intel 845 chipset motherboard with 256MB ram and 40GB hard disk with 52x CDROM drive.
(IBM Netvista)
while loading the solaris 9.0 from the written media, its not booting error message no boot drive.

i tried to check the content of the CD in my sparc system with sun OS2.7. CD is getting mounted succesfully but i cant see any data in the CD.

is the media is faulty??

can any one please help me where i am wrong?
