Installing Solaris 11.4.90.212 yet again when the locale to anything other than en_US.UTF-8 everything goes haywire. pkg refuses to accept commands it errors with Failed to set locale: unsupported locale setting. Falling back to C. Attempting to reset doesn't work suggesting the locale packae may be broken or not installed.
Changing it to en_GB.UTF-8 was even worse could even read the manual.
About to reinstall yet again!
