Hello Solaristicians!
So I am trying to install Solaris 11.3 on this system. It's running the same firmware that is noted on that page, but I have not been able to instsall from either live USB or DVD. In both instances, I get past the first screen (where it notes the different install options, and in the case of the DVD install hangs here:
(I didn't get a screenshot of the live USB install attempt, but can do so.)
The kit runs fine. I've been able to install a couple of different Fedora versions on it, and I suppose I could go something along that route, though I'd really prefer to run Solaris. (I had it running a year or so ago on a Lenovo laptop, but that was stolen...)
My next thought was to try to install VM for X86 with Solaris on top of that, but thought I'd see if any here had any thoughts. So... any thoughts?
