Solaris 11.2 to 11.3 Upgrade

Hi All,

i am planning to Upgrade Solaris 11.2 .11.5.0 to 11.3.15.4. This host containing more than 5 Zones.

What is the best practices need to upgrade ?

can i go upgrade for 11.2 .11.5.0 to 11.3.15.4?

Platform is T5-2 server .
