Solaris 10 x86 crush

I have installed Solaris 10 b72 on Latitude D600, several issues fixed, and everything worked fine. Now installing on the same laptop (fresh install) the final release. I made 2 attempts and have the same issue.
In CDE in terminal window type "find . -name webmin", system reboots immediately.
Any ideas?
