Solaris 10 Premier Support Ends Jan 2018

There is one Oracle lifecycle pdf which says Solaris 10 Premier Support would end on Jan 2018 and extended support would be there till Jan 2021

Please let me know if it is true and whether there would be separate contract for extended support and what difference will it make.
