Solaris 10 NTP without Liston on localhost

We have rather stringent security polices on some hosts, and thus have to disable all unneeded services. Among this is ntp on port 123.
I am now forced to disable xntp and use a cronjob with ntpdate to synchronize the clock.

Is there w way to configure xntp as pure client which does not show up in a netstat on port 123
