Sol 10 patchadd - is exit code "1" the new exit code "2"?
I went about installing the 01/2007 Recemmended patch cluster and got a bunch of error 1's instead of the bunch of error 2's I expected. According to what I've been able to find, patchadd exit status 1 is the new patchadd exit status 2 - i.e. patch is already applied.
" Therefore, though the above patches always fail with the exit code 1
(The same patch has already been applied) when applying patches of
patch cluster, there is no problem."
Whatever you say dude. From:

Install_patch does try this, and installs 2 different versions of the Install and Patch Utilities Patch (119254) as part of the cluster. Still, I get lots of exit code 1's instead of 2's. (Maybe I need to reboot? The cluster is still installing...)
Otherwise, the cluster install seems to be working fine.
