Software License Costs for ODSEE and OUD

Dear Forum,

This question might have already been answered....

Is there a "fiscal cost" for running ODSEE (11g1u5) - in terms of a "license to install" or a "ongoing support"

Does the same exist for OUD (Oracle Unified Directory) ??

I'm trying to understand if there are new "charging policies" for these products
