Expected Result:

When doing a menu launch from PowerChart, our SoF app appears to be getting blocked.

When I grab the URL coming out of PowerChart, I can copy and paste it (with its launch code) in a browser, and everything seems great. There is something preventing it from actually launching and I am not sure what it is.

When I used the Edge Inspector in P.C., I did not see any CORS errors. I also ran a TLS cert analysis to make sure our cert was correctly signed and secured, and it looks like it is. We don't really see any console logs.

Any idea of what would be preventing the launch? Is there a specific group in Oracle Health we should ask who might have more detailed access?

Actual Result:
