Hi All,

I am getting the below error when I am running a report.

Error: Socket Communication error at call=recv:(Number=10038) An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket

I have created a report and saved it. It is running fine, But When I am trying to edit the report ---> add a new column (or) Modify existing column formula (or) move the columns in pivot table, I am getting this error. If I don't save these changes and rerun the report, It is running fine. Once I get this error, BI server service is getting bounced automatically.

I have used ISLEAF function, server complex aggregate, Expanded hierarchy in this report. Will any o these cause the issue?

Also If I am creating a similar report again, It is working fine.

Did anyone came across similar error? Please help me out.
