I get this error message when trying to hit a report from OBIEE 10g Dashboard.

Socket communication error at call=recv: (Number=10038) An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. (HY000).

I'm using OBIEE 10g.

And this error happens for only one user. Whenever he is trying to access the report from OBIEE Dashboard,

this error comes up and automatically the services were also down.

Can someone help me out.. Its very urgent.. Pls..
