Social Sign-in Username attribute

We've successfully configured a Social Sign-in authentication scheme, which is great.

We've also been able to make selected attributes to the APP_USER using Username Attribute setting.

However, the attributes in Azure are stored currently in lowercase, so app_user returns "wesleys", not "WESLEYS"

In order to harmonise with existing user & data sets, it would be great if this was uppercase.

Are we able to manipulate this outcome within APEX?
