SOA suite is not found in em

Hi,

I have installed SOA suite 11.1.1.7 version (, RCU, WL 10.3.6.0 and SOA suite are installed) downloaded from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webcenter/portal/downloads/index.html

SOA suite installation Completed successfully.

SOA managed server in weblogic is also working fine!!!

SOA suite is not working well with em and console.. Am not able to see the soa-infra in navigator of Fusion middle ware!!

Any one faced this issue??? How to solve..
