SOA Suite and Weblogic Server Licensing Compliance

Hi,

We're planning to install SOA suite 12c in production.

We have purchased processor licenses as below:

SOA Suite: 4 processors

Weblogic Suite: 9 processors

I understand Weblogic is licensed separately from SOA suite. Based on the above scenario, would we be violating the licensing for SOA suite if we installed SOA Suite + Weblogic on one server with 9 processors?

Do we have to separate SOA suite and Weblogic suite to get maximum utilization of the Weblogic licenses? I would like to get general comments before I take it up with the local Oracle sales rep
