SOA integration with UCM

I am trying to integrate UCM 11g from SOA suite 11g.I got the WSDLs from oracle UCM admin screen(soap WSDLs).when I try to invoke any of the webservice/operations it says "Unable to access the endpoint". the Endpoint in the WSDl is http://hostname:16200/cs/idcplg. And also I tried with http://hostname:16200/_dav/cs/idcplg. got the same fault msg. how to find the correct Endpoints to invoke webservices in UCM? Thanks in advance.
