SOA Installation Error - psapi.dll

While Installing SOA, the following error message is getting displayed.

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL
Is this error would create problem any further? If yes what is way to resolve this?
