soa-infra-wls.ear deployment on weblogic 10.3.6 failed...

hi
i am trying to intall and configure SOA 11.1.1.6 on Weblogic 10.3.6, but i am getting errors due to non
deployment of soa-infra-wls.ear .

I tried diff. strategy to resolve this. 1. re-installed and re-configured server/domain it did not work.

2. Adding soa-infra-wls.ear in setDomainEnv.sh file with tag POST_CLASSPATH
it did not work. Also I tried to deploy from weblogic admin console, I am getting the same error.

Please help me.
