SOA BPEL OOTB throttling

Hello everyone,

I have used OSB many times and with it you can throttle your flows by using OOTB workmanagers. Is it possible to do the same with ORACLE BPEL?

Let's say that I have a composite called CreateCustomerParty and I want to throttle this one in order to have not more than 10 request per minute towards the backend system. Is there any OOTB functionality to achieve this?
