SOA 12c: XML-22015: (Error) Function 'http://exslt.org/common:node-set'

Hi All,
Currently we are on SOA 11.1.1.9.0 and started upgrading the SOA projects to SOA 12.2.1.4.0.
We are using node-set() function in SOA 11g and when we deployed it to SOA 12c and tested it is failing with below error:
Error: XML-22015: (Error) Function 'http://exslt.org/common:node-set' not found.
Can you help me how to resolve this issue, currently this is blocking us to move further with Upgrade.
