SOA 12C Java Embedd Error - XML/1998/namespace:id' not expected.

hi gurus,
when i try this simple tutorial bellow, in my jdeveloper shows the error on build stage.

Attribute 'http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace:id' not expected.

i'm using the prebuilt virtual box soa 12c

because I see this error ?
