SOA 11.1.1.3.0: how to import RuntimeFault.wsdl

Hi,
I am trying to handle faults inside a BPEL, but I am not able to import the RuntimeFault.wsdl file.

I am trying to follow the SOA Dev Guide at chapter 11.5.1, but is not clear to me how to do it.

Can someone explain ?
