SMTP server configuration for email notification- Hyperion planning

Hi,

I am trying to configure SMTP server for email notification in Hyperion Planning. I have done the following steps:

a) Administration>Application>Settings>Email server details.
b) File>Preference>Planning>Email Address

After this, I created the task list and put the due date and time.

But Still I am not getting the mails on my email id.

Please provide the inputs regarding the same.
