SMTP connection refused

Hi,

I have some problem in connecting to my provider.
I tried the connection with ans without authentication.
With debug info set I ever got this message:

Exception handling in msgsend.java: Could not connect to SMTP host: mail.gmx.net, port: 25;
nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
