SMP_.., EPC_..VDK_. tables in Oracle 9i

I was on vacation but when I came back I see a big list of oracle tables in my production database. The additional tables SMP_.., EPC_..VDK_. and the original data tables are in the same list.

Is there any way to remove all these tables or create them in a seperate
schema?

How these tables was created ?
Can I remove them easily ?
Is there any negative impact on my production database ?
