Smartview suddenly stopped working. I tried to uninstall but the uninstall failed to fix (stuck on the please wait screen for hours with no process movement). Tried to reinstall from latest but reinstall failed as well (stuck on the please wait while configuring smartview for hours with no process movement). Office uninstall/reinstall doesn't fixed the issue. Need the exact list of files and registry keys that need to be manually removed to simulate a successful uninstall.
