smartview: unable to set the installed property of the addin class

Hi Gurus,

Installed epm sytem 11.1.2.4 and working fine. But Today i installed smart view from workspace. Every time i open excel, its prompting me that "unable to set the installed property of the addin class". I don't know what it actually means.

Environment: windows server 2008 r2 datacenter

Oracle 11g r2

I am stuck. Help me PLEASE..
