SmartView timeout

We have SmartView version 11.1.2.5.510 and HFM/Essbase 11.1.2.4.

We are having issues with SmartView auto logging out users after inactivity. When the user goes to refresh the sheet they get an error message stating:

EPMHFM-7274: Invalid session ID. Your session may have expired, or your administrator may have logged you out. Please try to log in again.

They are then forced to completely disconnect and reconnect again. Is there some setting that will keep it from logging users out or ending their sessions?
