Smartview stopped working after windows update

Hi everyone

I have a windows 10 machine with smartview 720

After a windows update from about 10 days ago any ad hoc analysis fails with the error "No member found" the log from smartview also shows that error but that's it, no further logging

Our IT team seem to have narrow down the update to be KB4284835, because a few pc's were able to restore to a recovery point before that update and the error got fixed, but for others it didn't work.

Has anyone faced this issue ?? It doesnt matter whether the connection is to a cloud service or an on-premise one
