Smartview Refresh / Submit very slow.

Hello All,

We are on Essbase and Planning 11.1.1.3 and Excel 2003/ 2007. When tried to open a planning webform in Smartview for excel, it takes decent time to open but when tried to submit or refresh, it takes for ever. Each submit takes not less than 30 minutes. These are considerably large forms, but not very large . The same operation on Planning web doesnt take much time.
Please advice if I need to look at any settings to increase the performance or do any adjustments.
