SmartView- Refresh

I was having trouble in HFM. I could log in , I would see the SMARTVIEW menu ; but not the refresh option. as mysteriously as it appeared – issue disappeared – and it started working again –without me changing anything. It was completely fine until yesterday. Same issue today. I uninstalled Citrix and re-installed, rebooted, and still same issue. Here is what I see, when you click Smart View, there is no option to refresh.

Can we work on this again? Does anyone else have any other suggestions? I need access to get preliminary Aug Actuals ? Can you please investigate the issue. and let me know solutions.Refresh_SmartView.jpg
