Smartview lag and latency and slowness in Excel 0365 on Windows 10 Xendesktop ?

3854257Oct 4 2019 — edited May 13 2020

most of our users are complaining about latency we've tested the latest version ending 800 and current version installed after they run a Refresh only on 4 to 8 rows rather than a whole sheet it's still takes a while but it's once the refresh has completed there's slowness when pressing shifting through cells and so on, going into Help and health check and setting to recommneded settings makes no difference.

I have run a fiddler capture, procmon capture and Wireshark if there's anything I need to look at, I'm currently shifting through your knowledge base and I've also applied the recommended settings with no joy

We've followed the performance recommendations set here https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E72988_01/ICSMV/ch06s11.html  and tried the latest 900 build too.

Note that I ran Process explorer and monitored CPU/RAM/IOPS and network activity and there was no increase in cpu or RAM or latency very after the refresh had completed and when excel started to lag when clicking on buttons, very strange?

There's no latency as far as I can tell when doing a tracert, does anyone have any suggestions as all of finance are complaining the add-in and it's functionality is causing Excel to slow down a lot

I've switched on diagnostics and it's displayed the following:
