Smartview is throwing Essbase error 1012700 while refreshing

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on version 11.1.2.4. When i connect with smartview and try to connect with one of the application then it allows me to connect.

Now when i am trying to connect with my database then it shows it connected but when i am doing right click and adhoc analysis then i am getting below error.

Interesting thing is that we have 15 application on this server and we are able to connect with each application except this one. we are facing this problem only with quality server, in production it is working fine. as per the error calclockblock and data cache setting both are same in quality and production but we are facing this error in quality. It looks problem is something else but smartview is throwing some weird error.

is there anybody faced this error anytime or have any idea about any resolution?
