SmartView for Excel 2016

Hi,

Our company has been licensed with Oracle Smart View version 11.1.2.5.520. Does this version work for users with Excel 2016? I'm having issues installing Smart View for these users. Once installed they are unable to see the Smart View tab within Excel.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
