SmartView Error XML top level element

Hi guy,

I have a strange problem, when a try to create a new conection in my smartview a error occurrs: XML load error: XML document have a top level element

- But for some server I have the access and this error not occurr.
- The specialist could access my computer withou problem
- I could access his computer without problem

Something is wrong with my profile and the machine. Someone in this forum can help me and the support team.

PS: My computer configuration has XP SP3, Excel 2003 SP3 and MSMXL 6.0 Parser
