SmartView error: Connection to shared services provider failed & could not connect to the provider

Hi OTN,

All the users are unable to access smartview, up to yesterday they able to access it.

Essbase is working good.

Errors:

"Connection to shared services provider failed".

Tried with Private connection also but throwing error as"could not connect to the provider"


Is there any thing wrong with network?
