Hi All,
We are able to connect to 11.1.2.1 HFM application using Smartview. After upgrading the app to 11.1.2.3.702, we are getting the following error:
"The request timed out. Contact your administrator to increase netRetrycount and netRetryInterval" or "to extend your Windows Internet Explorer time out settings (ReceiveTimeout, KeepAliveTimeout, and ServerInfoTimeout)"
Why are we not getting this error for 11.1.2.1 version? Why only with 11.1.2.3.702 app? No changes in Smartview or machine settings?
