Smartview - Apply Custom Fomatting on Planning Data Forms in excel (PBCS)

M_RighiniJan 14 2020 — edited Jan 16 2020

Hi everyone,

maybe some of you faced the same issue in the past. I've built a data form in Planning (PBCS) and now I would like to open it and format it in excel. As far as I know there is the possibility to apply a custom style to the form in addition to the cell style (native formatting).

It works fine for all the rows but one row of my data form. I've changed the background color of the row but on refresh Smartview replace the color I've already chosen with white! Only for that row. It is a data row (not formula) and, as you can see below, it is related to an account member within a hierarchy.

Maybe I'm not considering something but really I don't know why. I tried buiding a "SmartForm" (with Analyze) and in this case Smartview allows me to change the background color of that account.

Do you have any idea?

Thank you very much

Maurizio
