Smart View unable to expand account code with "_"

Dear All,
This is an smart view error. I have installed 11.1.2.2.300 version. When I try to expand to children account "41100_001". It gives error "The POV selected for this function is invalid"

If I expand any other base member, it opens, but the one with "_" it just does not displays.

Experts please help.
