Smart View Refresh issue

mb1824Oct 21 2019 — edited Oct 29 2019

Hello,

I use Oracle PBCS.

I have an Excel workbook with 5 tabs. Each tab is a 'Financial Report' from PBCS.

On Computer A, I can open the workbook, select "Refresh all Worksheets" from the SMART VIEW tab in the Excel ribbon, and all 5 tabs will be updated.

On Computer B, when I do the same thing, tab 'XYZ' is consistently not updated. The tab is not deleted, it just isn't refreshed.

I have tried:

  1. Refreshing only tab 'XYZ' on each computer. On Computer A, everything works per normal. On Computer B, I get the message "No pages updated"
  2. While on tab 'XYZ', I opened 'Sheet Info' from the SMART VIEW tab in the Excel ribbon. On both computers, it says the sheet is Connected
  3. Deleting tab 'XYZ', importing the same report onto a new tab ('XYZ new'), saving and closing the workbook. The next time I select "Refresh all Worksheets" (while working on Computer B), tab 'XYZ new' is still not refreshed.

Computer A & B have the same Smart View version (11.1.2.5.900, build 093)
