Smart View Error: POV on the form has changed

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all are well.

We have 11.1.2.3. EPMA application we have encountered an error with Smart View this morning where I can submit data with data form through workspace but getting error "POV on the form has changed" while submitting data through same data form from Smart View. We have checked that POV remains same all the time.

We can also submit data through Ad hoc smart view sheet at same intersection.

Please refer attached screenshot for error details.

Could you please suggest anything on this issue.
