Smart view addins are getting disabled

Hi All,

When I try to access Smartview/Essbase through Excel, my add-in is never there. I have to re-check the add-in every time and sometimes even my Excel crashes when I open. Therefore, I cannot access Smartview/Essbase properly.

Version of SV and MS office as follows.

Smartview Version 11.1.2.5.215

MS Office 2016

Could some please help me on this.
